4th Annual Wiffle Ball Tournament

Bring your camera to capture the playful antics--along with good-natured (though admittedly intense) rivalry--of participants of all ages in the Annual Wiffle Ball Tournament at Athens Regional Park on July 30 and 31.

Sponsored by the Museum and the City of Athens Parks and Recreation.

"Once Upon a Time" National Heritage Quilt Show

One of the Museum's most popular events, the annual quilt show draws participants and observeres from across the country. With them, these visitors bring one-of-a-kind quilts and engaging personal stories.

Vintage Vehicle Show

A popular community event, the Museum's vintage car show is held the first Saturday of every October and draws a diverse crowd--and equally diverse cars, trucks, and other classic vehicles.

Vintage vehicles vie for recognition.

Halloween Festivities

With activities for all ages, the Museum's Halloween events offer heart-warming--and blood-chilling--story and photo opportunities.

  • Museum Haunting, October 29: A fun, safe place for children to trick-or-treat and show off their spooktacular costumes!

Museum staff welcome guests to the Transylvania Tea Party Blood Drive.
